Theory lessons are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of scuba diving theory and safe diving practices. Sheltered water lessons include skills which have been designed to prepare you for the real open water environment and therefore contain essential practical skills. Open Water dives provide you with an opportunity to put into practise the theory and practical elements learnt in the classrooom and sheltered water. In Ocean Diver training, the emphasis is on building a sound foundation of open water diving skills and experience through a series of five Open Water dives led by a BSAC Nationally Qualified Instructor
