BSAC Sports Diver

Continue the adventure with the BSAC Sports Diver Course..

This 3-4 day course extends your level of knowledge to encompass Diver Rescue, Equipment & Techniques, Deeper Diving, Decompression Theory, Breathing Gas Planning and Systems and the BSAC Nitrox Workshop if not already Nitrox qualified.

The practical side of the course will cover a Sheltered Water lesson on Rescue Skills and then open water sessions including Diver Rescue, Use of SMB, Simulated Decompression Dive, Compass Navigation/DSMB deployment, Dive Leading/Basic Skills Review and a dry practical lesson introducing you to the job of Assistant Dive Manager.

Fitness Requirements

To participate in this PADI course you must complete the PADI Medical Questionnaire. If you answer 'YES' to any question you would need to visit your GP or a doctor specialising in diving medicine to obtain medical clearance to dive. Dive medicals can be completed in Sharm, but it is recommended that if you answer 'YES' to any question you obtain a diving medical BEFORE arrival in resort.
