Beginners - PADI Scuba Diver Course

Do want to learn to dive but don't want to commit to the full PADI Open Water Diver course? Then the Scuba Diver course is for you!

The Scuba Diver course covers the fundamental diving theory and in-water skills that will permit the successful participant to dive worldwide while accompanied by a PADI professional, to a maximum depth of 12 metres.

The course consists of three knowledge development sessions, three confined water / pool training dives and two open water dives, either from the shore or from a boat, conducted to a maximum depth of 12 metres.

Following successful completion of the course it is possible to continue your education by upgrading to PADI Open Water Diver at any time.

The course price includes tuition and full equipment hire, but does not include manual or certification fee. Please note that the course manual is required by PADI standards for participation in the course. You can buy the manual locally from Ocean College although it is recommended that you purchase and study this in advance to maximise your holiday and training experiences.

Course Prerequisites

• Minimum age: 10 years.

• Able to swim.

• Duration 2 or 3 days.
