TDI Extended Range Diver Course

Diving instructionDesigned to introduce the student to deeper diving beyond recreational limits with extensive training in equipment, physics, physiology and dive skills.

Students also learn the concept of diving with fully redundant equipment and are trained and tested in its use. Skill circuits are conducted in shallow water leading to a series of development dives to 55m.

The Extended Range course utilizes much of the expertise gained in the Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures courses.

 

Minimum Course Prerequisites:

  • Minimum age 18
  • Minimum certification - TDI Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures or equivalent
  • 100 logged dives, including 25 dives below 30m
